Great location, helpful staff and good value overall

Decent breakfast and brought to your room, laundry and microwave in your room, big room with big shower (and good pressure!), very friendly and helpful staff.

The room lighting is white which is not the best for the evening

Great location

Loved this hotel. Breakfast was Korean but still sufficient. Excellent location to metro station making it very accessible to all of Busan. Staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The room was quite dark. Some more lamps or additional down lights would be fantastic. Also some hooks for bath towels, coats etc.

Excellent choice for a single traveller

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Laundry machine made life easier.

It would be nice to have at least one chair and a towel rack in the bathroom.

Overall a decent stay but some small changes would make the stay an even better one

The hotel was near the subway station and so it was very convenient to get around. The room was clean and large. The bed was comfy enough. The shower and toilet were separate. Breakfast was provided. The staff are polite and prompt.

The room was a little too dark, more lights would be great. There were not enough hooks to hang our clothes near the shower area. Breakfast was a little too modest and packing them in a bento box was wasteful and not environmentally-friendly. There was only one stool even though it was a double room.

Comfortable Busan hotel with a welcoming team

The hotel is in Seomyeon, which puts you in the heart of Busan and makes it easy to get around (on foot or metro). The staff make an immediate welcoming impression - they always did their best to ensure a pleasant stay (including drawing a map to the laundrette). The room is big, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage and relaxing. The shower and toilet are separate, so you don't need to worry about a wet toilet floor. Breakfast is tasty and changes every day. It is served to your room at 8am each morning, you just need to make sure you wake up to receive it. Just behind the hotel are some quieter streets with great cafes, restaurants, vintage shops! On the day I left, the staff gave me a goodie bag with snacks - a kind gesture from a great hotel team.

Exactly what I wanted and needed for a short stay in central Busan

Central location is superb for tours pickup and the subway trains. Big produce market and underground shopping mall close by as well as heaps of cafes and the usual stores. The hotel was easy to find and the staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and delivered to room.

The bed was a little on the hard side, but the staff provided an extra thick mattress topper which helped.

Very good

Residence style hotel. Good location overall easy access to main touristic locations. Very helpful staff.

Furniture in the room needs attention. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding compared to other similar hotel in other countries (not much choice).

Staff were great and room looked nice, layout of room and cleanliness could be better.

I liked the spacious size of the room, the staff were also very accomodating. Aesthetic of the room was nice.

The bed was quite uncomfortable being much too firm and on first arrival one of the sheets had a faint but visible stain. Staff were happy to change sheets for us. The design of the bathroom seems to be nice for maybe couples or people comfortable being naked around each other. But for two male friends the slightly opaque shower glass which faces the beds and the lack of an enclosed area to change means we had to be careful of each others privacy.

You get what you pay for, but it was still a good experience

Staff were very friendly and quick to respond. They were okay with checking in early too. We got a room upgrade for free. The location is super close to Seomyeon station.

Beds were hard and not comfortable at all. They didnt let us use some airconditioning too. Towels were super rough and smaller than regular size

A perfectly good place to stay.

The staff are very friendly. The room was a nice size and clean. There was a washing machine and kitchenette, which was very handy. It is situated very near to metro station. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping a short walking distance from the hotel.

While the shower and toilet were fine, I didn't like the open plan style.
